Our Team

Angela LarsonAngela Larson
Owner and Principal Consultant, Angela Larson has been evaluating educational programs since 1999 and specializes in the evaluation of K-12 programs. She has extensive experience in program evaluation and qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. In addition, she has written and received more than $15 million in federal and state funding for school districts and nonprofit organizations throughout Alaska. She holds an MA degree in public administration from the University of Montana, holds a Type A Alaska Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education, and is currently working toward a certificate in program evaluation through the University of Minnesota’s College of Education and Human Development.

Beth CorvenBeth Corven
For the past fourteen years, Senior Consultant Beth Corven has been successfully writing grants for nonprofit organizations in Alaska. She has diverse local and international experience in program development, research and grant writing and specializes in the areas of public health, child abuse, mental health and substance abuse. Since 2007, Ms. Corven has written and received over $21 million in funding from agencies such as the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Health Resources Service Administration, the USDA Rural Development Telecommunications Program, and the State of Alaska. She holds a multi-disciplinary Master of Social Science degree in International Rural and Community Development from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California Davis.

Robin Davis
Evaluation Consultant, Robin Davis retired after twenty-eight years of teaching. She brings a variety of classroom and educational experiences, including directing a bilingual and special education preschool, teaching deaf students from age two years through high school, teaching elementary grades kindergarten through sixth grade, and developing and implementing a school-wide science curriculum to the Goldstream Evaluation team. She holds an M.Ed. in Teaching of the Hearing Impaired from the University of Virginia.

Loren Oldham Loren Oldham
Information Technician Loren Oldham has over a decade of experience in computer support and systems development. His experience includes computer repair, networking, backup systems, wifi, security, desktops and small business support. With an educational background in Multimedia Production and extensive experience in website development, Oldham is well suited to provide website maintenance and support to the Goldstream Group. He is responsible for website maintenance, hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.
