Chelsea Chapman joined Goldstream Group in 2023. As an Evaluation Associate, she supports and contributes to multiple program evaluations in education, health, and social services. Chelsea was raised in Fairbanks, finishing her mostly-homeschooled primary education at UAF before earning a BA in anthropology at Reed College. She served as Program Coordinator for the Edible Schoolyard, a model school garden project in Berkeley, CA, before returning to academia to complete an MA and PhD in anthropology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Chelsea conducted dissertation fieldwork based in Fairbanks and also worked as a researcher for the University of Alaska Anchorage Institute for Circumpolar Health Studies.
