Mary Adeogun joined the Goldstream Group in 2023. As a Research Associate at Goldstream Group, she supports and contributes to multiple program evaluations in education, health, and social services. Prior to joining the Goldstream Group, Mary spent nearly 12 years in education serving as an adjunct professor of Anatomy & Physiology and teaching middle school science and math. During her time as a middle school teacher, she was dedicated to bringing the arts into the classroom. Mary has a passion for theater and has performed in local plays and musicals in South Carolina. She believes that the arts can build lifelong positive attitudes towards humanity and education. In addition to theater arts, Mary enjoys expanding her Spanish vocabulary and has even been told that her Spanish communication skills border on fluency, though she will say she still needs to practice.
Mary received her B.S. in Biology and her M.S. in Biomedical Science from Hampton University in Virginia. In addition to her formal education, she decided to further her training attending the Medical University of South Carolina – completing two years towards a medical degree.
